Your VeraClare module brings your personal background record into ProfileX. Choose a service, start with a full check, and keep your information current with scheduled updates.
Work & credentials
Intended coverage includes identity, employment, education, licenses, certifications and relevant right-to-work verification. Coverage is confirmed for the specific order.
Life beyond employment
The service is designed for uses such as housing, rentals, volunteering and school activities. Each organization’s needs and acceptance rules still apply.
Updates over time
After a full initial check, choose updates every 3 months, 6 months, year or 3 years. Updates cover the new interval since your last completed check.
Sharing with purpose
With an ongoing service, share permitted information with the organizations you choose. Define the recipient, scope and access period; one-time reports have different access rules.
A record, not a guarantee
Check scope and freshness matter. A report does not guarantee safety, employment, universal acceptance or government clearance. Availability of specific checks is confirmed when ordered.
