A background record you can understand
A person selects a VeraClare service, orders a full initial check and chooses an update schedule. Permitted sharing with a housing or volunteer organization has its own recipient, scope and access period.
Two modules, different information
The same person may use both modules. Their professional profile and background record remain distinct; adding the second module does not automatically expose the first module’s information.
One-time access
A person chooses the $650 one-time VeraClare option to view their own data for up to a year. They cannot share that report with another company; the company must order its own full check.

Changing fields with a realistic plan

- A QA tester wants to explore backend engineering without assuming every technical role is equally reachable.
- A possible path
- Use Shift Engine with Insights to compare feasibility, identify skill gaps and sequence practice: language fundamentals, an API project, systems knowledge and evidence of applied work. Compare time, risk and salary expectations before committing. Update the profile as each milestone is completed.
- What comes next
- Keep the evidence after the transition; turn off the accelerator when it is no longer needed under the selected subscription terms.

- The situation
- A product manager is coordinating interviews and comparing roles with different compensation and working arrangements.
- A possible path
- Job Search Mode brings application tracking, interview preparation, salary context and side-by-side offer comparison into the search. Set target preferences and auto-decline criteria for unsuitable outreach where supported. Review the monthly, prepaid and insured options before activation.
- What comes next
- When the search ends, stop the service under its terms. Any unused-time refund depends on the specific insured purchase; it is not a promised hiring outcome.

- A travel nurse has a state license, compliance training, BLS/ACLS/PALS and immunization records relevant to an assignment.
- A possible path
- Organize the professional credentials in HireFlow360, track renewal dates and use VeraClare for ordered checks. Share only the evidence the recipient is authorized to see, with the scope and dates visible.
- What comes next
- The next organization decides whether the evidence is suitable and whether a new check is required. A credential packet does not promise exemption from screening.

- The situation
- A student wants internships, projects, certifications and a portfolio to grow into one professional record.
- A possible path
- Create the free ProfileX account, select a HireFlow360 service and check eligibility for the documented student base-tier offer. Add work samples and learning evidence over time, then apply with a relevant profile rather than rebuilding the history for each application.
- What comes next
- Carry the record into the first role. The student offer has a four-cumulative-year limit; paid add-ons and founding offers have separate terms.

- The situation
- A driver is exploring construction coordination and wants to understand the experience and training required.
- A possible path
- Use career-transition guidance to assess the gap, then explore relevant Career Path Training (CPT) through Talent Pipeline Enrollment. Record completion and evidence, and join an appropriate candidate pool where available.
- What comes next
- Training creates evidence for an opportunity; it does not guarantee an employer will hire. Keep the completed training in the professional record for future roles.

- A possible path
- Use Career Playbook to map a role ladder, deepen skills and plan 90-day milestones. Bring evidence to a manager conversation about readiness and the next role. Keep relevant training and employment records, including paystubs where appropriate, under your sharing controls.
- What comes next
- The professional record continues through onboarding, growth and future moves. A plan supports the conversation; the employer still makes role and compensation decisions.

- An experienced engineer wants help discovering opportunities without unrestricted recruiter messages.
- A possible path
- Add Recruiter-Led Job Search to an eligible Job Search Mode service. Specify the role, location, compensation and outreach preferences that make an introduction relevant. Share a professional profile with the people you authorize.
- What comes next
- Opt-in discovery and filtered introductions help focus the search. The service does not promise a placement, priority ranking or a fixed time to hire.
