Is ProfileX free?
Yes. Signup and the base identity/login are free. Paid products such as HireFlow360 Foundation belong to the relevant company module.

Does adding a module share all my information?
No. Each module has its own relevant profile and access requirements. Choose what to share, with whom and for how long, within the service’s sharing rules.
Can I reserve a username without a module?
Yes. The $25 username reservation is available before launch. You can choose neither, either or both paid modules. After launch, usernames are first come, first served.
When does a founding place count?
Only after successful payment is recorded. Each module has its own 30,000 places. Buying both modules uses one place in each allocation.
Does VeraClare’s monthly service include checks?
Storage and presentation are included with the service. The initial full check costs $650 separately; updates cover the interval since the last check at $100 per year.
Can I share a one-time VeraClare report?
No. Individuals can view it for up to a year but cannot share it with other companies. Those companies must order a full check. For a company-ordered one-time check, that company can access the data for up to 30 days.
What happens if I cancel VeraClare?
Information remains stored. Future company requests require a full-price background check. Lifetime service means while the subscription remains paid.
Where do companies order background checks?
Companies use VeraClare.com. Individuals access VeraClare through the ProfileX module. HireFlow360 uses VeraClare in its organizational verification workflows.
